3. Harry Potter-Style British Library Custom mahogany paneled library holds hundreds of faux books handcrafted in the English Cotswalds. Abigail Stoneman Colonial Ads Newspaper clippings from the 1700's of business advertisements written by Abigail Stoneman, Newport's first female entrepeneur, first woman innkeeper, and one of the featured subjects in Vicki Leon's book, "Uppity Women of the New World." 5. "Newport Women Of A Certain Age" A collection of paintings of women -- most of whom had a Newport connection -- spanning three centuries of Newport life. Seventy-five in all, ranging from Jacqueline Bouvier to the Astors and Vanderbilts, the artwork is on display throughout the Inn.
6. Tea For Two Tea Room A private tea room for two. This intimate Victorian nook can be reserved for our acclaimed afternoon tea, a private "anytime tea," or reserved for a private breakfast. Elegant and petite, Tea For Two features a collection of antique tea pots and cups, plus a library of tea books.
7. James Finch Water Bar CNN TV calls it America's most luxurious water bar. It is Rhode Island's only acqua bar and it's reserved just for guests. The complimentary water bar menu features a collection of two-dozen of the world's favorite still and sparkling waters.
8. Beatrice Turner Artwork A 1907 floral painting by legendary Newport artist Beatrice Turner, on a ballroom door panel from her Newport manor home -- never before on public display. Some of her other classic work is also on exhibit throughout the Inn. End of Innocence State Room.
