Reservation Policy - Reservations require an advance deposit of half the total due for two nights or more (including tax) with the balance due on arrival. Single night stays require pre-payment in full. Reservations made within our 15-day cancellation period (below), also require payment in full at the time of booking. Two-night minimum on weekends. Three-night minimum may apply on select Summer and Fall weekends, holiday and festival weekends. You can check availability and book online or call 800-845-1811 from 9 am to 6 pm.
Rates - Based on two person occupancy. Each additional guest -- where permissable -- is $50 extra per night. If you were not charged during your reservation, you will be charged at check-in. Rates do not include applicable taxes (13%). Rates range from $250 - $595. Weekend, holiday or special event surcharges, and minimum stay requirements may apply.
Cancellations - Unlike a large hotel, the small and specialized nature of Abigail Stoneman Inn necessitates a different kind of cancellation policy. Deposits are not refundable. If it is necessary for you to change or cancel your reservation, you will be given a rain check for a future stay at the Inn any time within one year provided request is made 15 days prior to the arrival date. If cancellation is made within the 15 days of the arrival date, you will forfeit your deposit or reservation payment. Regardless of when the cancellation is made, there is a 10% service fee on the entire amount of your reservation for any cancellations. No refunds for early departures.
Payment - Cash or credit card (Visa, MasterCard, American Express or Discover). Advance deposit checks will only be accepted if they are received by the Inn 21 days before check-in date. Payment by personal check is not available at check-out.
No Smoking Policy - Abigail Stoneman Inn is a smoke-free Inn. Smoking is not allowed anywhere inside the Inn, guest rooms, or outdoor tables. Guests violating our in-room smoking policy will be charged a $250 cleaning fee. Fire codes prohibit the burning of candles in guest rooms.
Parking - Included for one car. All one-of-a-kind amenities and services (pillow menu, bath bar, water bar, tea menu) are complimentary. Signature spa treatment is not included and is billed separately..
Check-In Time is between 3:00 PM and 9:00 PM. Check-out by 11:00 am. Late check-out may be available for an additional $50. Early check-in requests subject to room availability.
Getting Here - We are about 3½ hours from New York, 1½ hours from Boston and 2½ hours from Hartford. The nearest airport is TF Green, just outside of Providence, which is half an hour away. For driving directions and Goole maps, check our directions page.
Other Policies - The Inn is not suitable for children under 13 or pets.
